Yankee Boy Jambalaya x Mr. Brooks

Brooks and I are always swapping recipes. He's a part of the in/famous NYC Breaks Kru, but when he's not doing that, he can make a mean mojito (which I'll have him hook up later). However, in this instance, he's given us a recipe to his "Yankee Boy Jambalaya."

It's a hefty one, so brace yourselves. I'm sure it'll pay off in the end!

Thanks Brooks!

Roasted Garlic Dungeness Crab x Nick V.

Here's a recipe from Nick, a good homie from the high school days who's continuing to live it up in the Bay when he isn't traveling to outer space and the outlying areas.

Enjoy!

Gambas al Ajillo (Shrimp in Garlic Sauce) via Joe

Joe's an all-around family man, an avid Oakland Athletics fan, and kick-ass home chef.

Here, he's provided us a recipe for Garlic Shrimp from the now-closed P&J's Oyster Bed in San Francisco.

Even though it's a seafood recipe (of which I'm allergic to) I'm sure someone out there will give it a go. And here's to hoping he provides us with his recipe for homemade pastrami and bacon. :]

Thanks Joe!
