Here's another recipe from MiRi! It's meatloaf AND it's healthy! :D
Thanks MiRi!

Yankee Boy Jambalaya x Mr. Brooks
Brooks and I are always swapping recipes. He's a part of the in/famous NYC Breaks Kru, but when he's not doing that, he can make a mean mojito (which I'll have him hook up later). However, in this instance, he's given us a recipe to his "Yankee Boy Jambalaya."
It's a hefty one, so brace yourselves. I'm sure it'll pay off in the end!
Thanks Brooks!
Burgogi Burger x Erik Otto
Erik and I were in the same Animation/Illustration classes in college. Please do yourself a favor and check out his work here: http://erikotto.com/
One of his ventures outside of art was in the local SF food scene.
What follows is his and his friends' recipe for their Burgogi Burger!
Thanks, E! Fire it up!
Simple Orange Jalapeno Carnitas x Jay
Jay and I go back to the high school art classes before I even knew you could get paid for a creative position. Nowadays, amongst other things, he's a DJ at the Turntable Lab in the East Village of NYC.
He's provided us with some Mexican food recipe--if you know me, you ALREADY know about the lack of good Mexican food here in NYC!
Gracias Jay!

Nuoc cham + Bun Bo Hue x Nick N.
Fellow Bay Area transplant Nick N. bounces back and forth between NYC and the Bay (that is, when he isn't traveling during his downtime). He gives us a one-two punch of Vietnamese recipes, so give it a go!
Thanks Nick!
Thanks Nick!

Chinese Beef Noodle Soup x Kat C.
Kat is also a good friend from the high school days. She, her sisters and cousins have a volunteer organization called Boobs4Food that is "committed to bridging passion for food & the passion to fight hunger." I encourage anyone to help out, either with Boobs4Food or your local volunteer organizations.
With that, here's her recipe for Chinese Beef Noodle Soup! Thanks Kat!
Roasted Garlic Dungeness Crab x Nick V.
Here's a recipe from Nick, a good homie from the high school days who's continuing to live it up in the Bay when he isn't traveling to outer space and the outlying areas.
Enjoy!

Slow-cooked Kalua Pig x Charmaine
Charmaine and I go back to the Music Room Junkie days of San Jose State.
She was the inspiration and her likeness was used for the character, Talim, in the video game Soul Calibur 2. She previously worked for the company of a certain ghost-eating yellow and round 8-bit legend, and currently works for a box-like Internet radio company.
Thanks so much Char!
